Mevo Hagalil Requirements Table

| original | Vegman's Hebrew wording, verbatim, where one exists. |
| kind | Structural (defines the problem shape), Hard (must hold), Soft (penalised), Fact, Question, Step. |
| scope | Which object the rule constrains: School, Grade, Class, Teacher, Homeroom, Subject, Event, Data. |
| status | Confirmed (matches the achieved timetable), Partial (achieved timetable only partly meets it), Unverified (cannot be checked with current data), Open, Pending. |
| priority | Proposed MoSCoW priority for the first release: Must, Should, Could. Proposed by the analyst, to be confirmed by Vegman. |
| evidence | What the achieved timetable (D-02, D-03) shows. |
| related | Other IDs this item depends on or informs. |
| source | Where the item came from. |
| answer | Vegman's answer, verbatim Hebrew, with the date. |
